Terms of Service
Effective November 4, 2026
These terms cover your use of eyecatcherssigns.com and the work Eye Catchers Signs ("we", "us") does for you. By using this site or hiring us, you agree to them.
Our services
We design, build, permit and install signs, and make boat and vehicle wraps, boat lettering, awnings and FL numbers, from our shop in Tavernier for customers across the Florida Keys and South Florida.
Quotes and prices
A price you get from this site, by phone or at the shop is based on what you tell us about the job. The final price, what is included and the payment terms are the ones in your written quote or invoice. Changes to the design, size or materials after you approve the job can change the price.
Designs and proofs
We show you a design or proof before anything is made. Please check spelling, phone numbers, colors and sizes carefully: once you approve a proof, we build it as approved.
Permits and install
Sign permits are part of our sign jobs. Install dates depend on permit approval, weather and site access, and we will tell you if anything moves. Please make sure we can safely reach the install spot, and tell us about property or association rules ahead of time.
Your artwork and ours
You confirm you have the right to use any logos, photos or artwork you send us. The Eye Catchers Signs name, logo, photos and site text belong to Eye Catchers Signs; Pantaleo artwork belongs to its artist. Please ask before reusing them.
Other websites
Links to Google and other sites are there for your convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
Liability
To the extent Florida law allows, our liability for any claim about a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Monroe County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
